Arranging attachment ,arranging to issue paper publication, preparing replies on behalf of the bank if contested by the borrower or any other interested person

To Act As Custodian/Manager of Secured Assets

To record the inventory of the taken over assets, to take the photographs at the time of possession etc.

3 % of the value of the property or of the recover amount whichever be higher or Rs.5000/- per month as a custodian.

To Watch and ward/Protection of Secured Assets

To secure the premises and to act as manager of the property till further directions of the bank ,To put an eye on the properties under possession etc.

To Safeguard and guard the securities along with the insurance which shall be charged separately at actuals.

We shall arrange the paid security guard and inform the Police Station about Possession, to take necessary steps to safeguard the primary security or stock in trade ,stock in manufacturing whatever be the case.

Valuation Of Various Securities.

We shall arrange for the valuation report of the government valuers, we shall arrange to find out the land revenue report, we shall arrange property guidelines of district registrar office as per the state governments notification, to find out marketable rates from concerned locality, from brokers as well as by issuing advertisement and personal contacts.

Sale of Acquired Assets Through Auction or Direct Public Sale.

We shall arrange to fetch maximum no. of customer by advertisement, personal contact, brokers, making minor repairs to the property so that it is marketable, arranging spot camps and in whole to see that the best value of the property is fetched on the property under auction.
